Classroom Teaching
At the MIT School of Government, classroom teaching is designed to be interactive, engaging, and practice-oriented. Faculty-led sessions go beyond traditional lectures, incorporating discussions, debates, case studies, and real-world examples to deepen understanding. Students are encouraged to critically analyse issues related to governance, public policy, and politics, while actively participating in conversations and problem-solving exercises. This approach helps build clarity of thought, confidence in expression, and a strong foundation for leadership in public life. Classroom learning is further enriched by perspectives from practitioners, policymakers, and scholars, bridging theory with ground realities. Together, this creates an environment where ideas are questioned, insights are sharpened, and future leaders are thoughtfully prepared.
